Registration Information
Participants are requested to fill
out the Registration Form and return it together with their remittance
by September 29, 2000,
to BIO-ROBOTICS II Secretariat. Advance
registration is strongly recommended. A special gift coupon will be
given to those who made the advance registration. The gift coupon will
let you stay at Rihga Royal Hotel Sakai over one night for free.

II Accommodation Information
Workshop Official Hotel is Rihga
Royal Hotel Sakai. Participants who whish to stay other local hotels should
make reservation through your travel agent. To make reservation at the
official hotel, participants should apply by the Registration
Form and return it to BIO-ROBOTICS II
Secretariat by September 29, 2000.
A shuttle bus service is available between the hotel and the workshop place
every 30 minutes.

III Payment
Payment for advance registration
fees should be made in Japanese Yen
by any of the following methods. However, payment by credit card is preferable.

to send the completed registration form by air mail or facsimile because
your signature is required in the credit card section of the form.

IV Cancellation
In case of cancellation, a written
notification should be sent directly to BIO-ROBOTICS
Secretariat in order to avoid problems. Full refund will be made for
the cancellation up to one month prior to opening day of the workshop.
No cancellation will be accepted after one month prior to opening day of
the workshop.
V Refund
Refunds will be made after deducing
bank and/or credit service charges. If payment is made by credit card,
reimbursement will be made through the credit card company
